Lori is a PLPC and trained EMDR therapist under the supervision of Dr. Jean Moretto, LPC, and is currently employed at Walter’s Walk. Before her venture as a therapist, Lori worked extensively alongside public safety and law enforcement in an investigator role in a university setting. Lori’s area of research is in secondary traumatic stress/vicarious trauma, specifically compassion fatigue (CF), Moral Injury (MI), and burnout; and the impact of CF and MI has on first responders, law enforcement professionals, veterans, nurses, physicians, and other helping professions.
