Linda Berletic, MS, LPC, is a therapist who specializes in trauma recovery and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), along with other evidence-based practices. Those who have experienced trauma may not understand the toll it has taken on the brain, body, heart, or soul. I will work to help you understanding how the brain and body store trauma memories, how to recognize symptoms, and walk with you as you develop a tool box of coping skills to help you heal.
