Tate Goss is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), a Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor -Provisional (RADC-P) in Missouri, and a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) in Kansas. Tate has training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE). Tate has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient services. This is where she provided individual and group therapy with a focus on implementation of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and crisis interventions services. Additionally, Tate provided services at the Valor Recovery Program. This is a program that provides therapy specifically to military and first responders. While at Valor, Tate initially started as a trauma and substance therapist, before being promoted to Clinical Supervisor. After leaving Valor Recovery, Tate started her career in private practice at Clinical Counseling Associates of Kansas City. This setting allows her to continue providing services to military and first responders on an individual basis and participates in critical incident debriefs in the community.
