Matthew Tompkins, EdS, LPC
Matt is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri and completed his master's degree in counseling at Webster University in 2016. He followed that up with a specialist degree in counselor education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2018.
Matt has spent much of his life in southeast Missouri and is proud to have served in the Missouri Army National Guard for 12 years.
Matt has extensive experience working with adolescents, couples, trauma victims, military, law enforcement, and first responders. His advanced training includes Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and Certified Tele-mental Health Provider.
Aside from work, Matt values spending time with his wife and three kids. His interests include playing and recording music. He also enjoys camping and following his favorite sports teams.
