Mission Statement
As a Missouri CIT council, we will provide cooperative community partnerships of law enforcement, mental health providers, individuals, families, and advocates for enhancement and coordination of services for individuals/families with behavioral health and/or substance use disorders through the law enforcement-based, Boonslick Crisis Intervention Team. By recognizing gaps and barriers, as well as successes in our community, CIT will be practiced, strengthening our response to these issues.
